Kayıt işlemini yaptırmış tüm katılımcılara talep ettikleri takdirde, davet mektubu gönderilecektir. Bu mektup sadece katılımcının kurumundan izin almasına yardımcı olmak amacını taşımaktadır.
Name Badge
It is mandatory to wear a badge at the congress venue control will be done.
Toplantı Dili
Toplantıların resmi dili İngilizce’dir. Türkçe'ye eş zamanlı çeviri yapılacaktır.
Meeting Language
The official language of the meetings will be English. There will be simultaneous translation to Turkish.

Kongre boyunca ilaç, medikal, malzeme ve kitap firmalarının oluşturduğu sergi alanları katılımcıların ziyaret etmesi için açık olacaktır.
Exhibition Area
Throughout the congress, exhibition area set up by pharmaceutical, medical, material, and publishing companies will be open for participants to visit.

Usage of Mobile in the Meeting Hall
All cellphones should be silenced during sessions. Sound and video recording of the lectures are allowed only for personal use. During that recording, the device should be silenced (no click or beep sounds) not to disturb audience.
